Sri Bhumatha House Build Co-operative Society Ltd. (R) is a Mysore based house building co-operative society establish in the year 2007. The Society was registered under the Co-Operative Society's Act of Government of Karnataka with the registration number Ref. No.:G.R.M.S-7. H.H.S-56 Registration No: 36567/07-08 on dated 04th September, 2007. Our vission is to provide best residential site at affordable rates. We are well know land developer in major cities, Mysore, Mandya, Hassan, Chamarajanagar & Madikeri in karnataka.
We develop land in such a way that will be with modren township aminities and infrastructure which makes pleasure to live. We have adopted all standers and norms priscribed by the urban development authorities and governament without compromising. Our townships and layouts are suphisticted with road, water, drinage systems, parks, electricity and other public utilites. In first face we are developed a layout which is attached to Mysore - Madikeri road near Ilavala and just 3 k.m away from Infosys.
Our township name is "Sree Bhumatha Nagar" which is established arround 50 acers with all facilities as per governament urban development authority.
